Service Description

PagePurger provides document processing services that use artificial intelligence to analyze medical-legal documentation, identify duplicative or irrelevant content, and optimize document sets for cost efficiency and relevance.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register and to keep this information up to date.

Your Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, store, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to our service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and process this content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

HIPAA Compliance and Data Security

PagePurger is designed to be HIPAA-compliant for customers who are covered entities or business associates. When processing protected health information (PHI), we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with customers who require one under HIPAA regulations.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your content. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

Acceptable Use

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to PagePurger during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of our service at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use our service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our service after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
